SVARBI SU EHV-1 SUSIJUSI INFORMACIJA 2 žirgams, kurie turėjo teigiamus EHV-1 PGR testo rezultatus, bei 9 izoliuotiems žirgams buvo atliktas pakartotinis PGR tyrimas. Ką tik gavome pakartotinių EHV-1 tyrimų rezultatus iš laboratorijos ir visų šių žirgų, bei kitų žirgų, kurie buvo testuojami savininko prašymu atsakymai yra NEIGIAMI. Remiantis FEI nurodymais, 3-ioji ir 4-oji varžybų savaitė bus vykdoma taip kaip planuota, netaikant jokių papildomų reikalavimų. IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN REGARDS OF EHV-1 2 horses that had positive EHV-1 PCR test results and 9 in contact horses were retested. We have just received laboratory results and all 11 horses in question as well as some additional horses that were tested by their owner request are EHV-1 NEGATIVE. According to FEI instructions, the 3rd and 4th week of show continues as planned without any additional measures. Entries are still open but please contact us via hest@horsemarket.lt

Informuojame, kad žirgai, kuriems buvo nustatyti tegiami EHV-1 testo rezultatai ir žirgai, kurie buvo izoliuoti, dėl kontakto su minėtais žirgais išvyko iš  renginio vietos. Toks sprendimas buvo priimtas remiantis FEI nurodymais, bei gavus Lietuvos veterinarijos tarnybos sutikimą.

Visiems izoliuotiems žirgams buvo pakartotinai atliktas EHV- 1 testas ir mėginiai išsiųsti tirti į laboratoriją.

Taip pat, norėtumėme priminti, jog atvykstant į varžybų teritoriją, visi žirgai privalo turėti užpildytas temperatūros matavimo formas.  Temperatūra žirgams turi būti matuojama du kartus per dieną ir fiksuojama lapuose, kurie yra pakabinti ant gardo. Šie veiksmai yra privalomi ir labai svarbūs laikantis saugumo dabartinėje situacijoje.

We hereby inform you that the horses that tested positive for EHV-1 and isolated horses which were in contact with them left the Venue in accordance with FEI instructions and with consent of Lithuanian Veterinary Service.

All isolated horses were tested again and the swab samples were sent to the laboratory.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that you must to measure the horse’s temperature before arrival and to write it down on Temperature Record Sheet. You must to measure temperature twice a day and write the results on sheets that are hanging on the boxes. This is vital in the current situation.

Failure to follow these FEI recommendations may result in financial sanctions.

Laikantis EHV-1 viruso saugumo reikalavimų, buvo testuojami žirgai kurie liko renginio teritorijoje tarp varžybų. Dviems iš procedūroms atrinktų žirgų, buvusių varžybų vietoje, buvo nustatyti teigiami atvejai. Abu žirgai neturi jokių ligos simptomų (kūno temperatūra normali, kitokių simptomų nėra). Žirgai yra izoliuoti karantino zonoje, jie bus dar kartą testuojami, jog rezultatai būtų patvirtinti. Visų kitų žirgų stovėjusių tose pačiose arklidėse testai neigiami. Pakartotiniai šių žirgų EHV-1 viruso rezultatai bus atlikti kaip įmanoma skubiau (numatoma data gegužės 17 d., pirmadienis). Kiti su renginiu susiję veiksmai lieka nepakitę ir vykdomi taip, kaip planuota. Renginys vykdomas pagal FEI instrukcijas. Organizatoriai ir toliau laikysis visų įmanomų biologinio saugumo reikalavimų.

According to EHV-1 procedures, sampling of horses staying in venue between shows of tour showed two cases of positive results. Both horses have no symptoms of disease (temperature as normal, no others). They are isolated in quarantine area. Horses must be tested again to confirm their status. All other horses in the same stables tested negative. Second test results of these horses will be made as soon as possible (probably Monday, May 17th). Other steps related to the event stay unchanged and carry as planned. The event is conducted in accordance with all FEI instructions. Organisers still keep biosecurity restrictions as so far.
