LŽSF Rider and Horse Licence Regulations for Foreign Athletes
Requirements for foreign athletes
As of 1 January 2026, foreign athletes and horses taking part in LŽSF calendar events must have LŽSF rider and horse licences in accordance with the applicable discipline event level requirements:

General conditions
Riders aged 14 and under are not subject to any licence fees.
Annual licences are valid for the calendar year.
Single-event licences are valid for specific events selected in advance.

How to obtain a licence
Licences are issued upon receipt of a bank transfer only. No application form is required.
Please include the rider’s and/or horse’s name and the licence type in the payment reference.
